Manufacturing Operations

• Our manufacturing operations are based in Umbergaon, Gujarat, 150km north of Mumbai, Maharashtra, in a 30,000 sq. ft. facility.
• Our state-of-the-art German and French vials and ampoules making machines are best in the world. Incidentally, we remain the only pharma packaging manufacturer in the country that exclusively operates original German and French machines, which allows us to deliver high precision and superior quality on a consistent basis.
• Our machines are capable of producing the full range of ampoules and vials, and our production capacity allows us to dedicate specific machines to specific customers, which consistently allows us to exceed customer quality requirements.
• We consistently operate spare backup capacity, which allows us to deliver always-on-time-delivery performance to our customers.
• Our vial machines are manufactured by Ambeg, Germany, whereas our Ampoules machines are sourced from Moderne Mecanique, France, both leaders in glass packaging manufacturing.
• Our production lines are supported by state-of-the-art shaping llines, as well as a patented microscopic ceramic printing operation, which to date remains differentated on quality and scale.
• We have a comprehensive quality assurance process in place, which allows us to delivery consistent precision and quality to our customers.
